LONDON: Hyundai, M-Sport Ford and Toyota have pledged their futures to the production car-based series, which will undergo a landmark change in 2022 when top tier cars will be powered by a mix of an electric motor and the current combustion engine.

The agreement includes an equal contribution from the FIA and the manufacturers to the development costs of the new technology, which will have a strong focus on sustainability, safety and cost management.

MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday announced that Sporta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Dream11), LafargeHolcim (ACC Cement and Ambuja Cement) and Hyundai Motor India Ltd. have acquired the Official Partners' Rights for the BCCI International and Domestic matches. This followed the conclusion of the Expression of Interest process for Official Partners’ Rights.

ROME: Serie A giants AS Roma have signed a 3-year sponsorship deal with South Korea automobile firm, Hyundai Motor. The Hyundai logo will be showcased on the back of the club’s jerseys until the 2020-21 season while the firm will also be Roma’s official global automotive partner.

BERLIN: Hyundai Motor announced on Thursday a 3-year deal with Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin, becoming its new global automotive partner. Hyundai’s logo will be seen on the sleeve of the Hertha jersey until the 2020-2021 season.

MADRID: Hyundai Motor, the South Korean automobile manufacturer has expanded its list of sponsoring football properties around the world further by signing a 3-year deal with La Liga heavyweights, Atlético Madrid. As per the deal, Hyundai’s logo will be seen on the left sleeve of Atletico’s men’s and women’s team jerseys in all competitions it will feature in.

LONDON: Premier League club Chelsea FC has confirmed the signing of a four-year sponsorship deal with South Korean auto major Hyundai.  The agreement will make Hyundai Chelsea’s official global automotive partner and its logo will appear on the players’ match shirt sleeves in any matches that the men’s and women’s teams feature in.

MOSCOW: FIFA World Cup 2018’s Official Partners, Hyundai Motor and and its subsidiary Kia Motors, have handed over to the tournament organisers 954 vehicles for logistical operations during the event.  Hyundai contributed with 530 of them, while Kia contributed with 424.

LONDON: English Premier League club Chelsea FC have reportedly struck a 5-year sleeve sponsorship deal with South Korean auto major Hyundai.  According to UK’s The Times, this is the most expensive sleeve deal in the history of English club football, as it is double the value of Manchester City’s similar deal with Nexen Tire, which is also a South Korean company.
