developmental centers

MUMBAI: Western India Football Association (WIFA), in partnership with Mumbai City FC, have launched developmental centers in Mumbai and Pune as a part of India’s first Baby League – a player development initiative by the AIFF.

WIFA, the governing body for football in Maharashtra, has created a network of 24 developmental centers across these two cities to identify and groom future talent.
Along with WIFA, the Islanders thus become the first state association and the first team in the Hero ISL to launch such an initiative.
