ICC caps overseas players in T20 leagues
DURBAN: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has approved a cap of four overseas players, active or retired, and seven local players which can include Associate players for all the new T20 leagues. The new regulation was approved after votes by the cricket’s chief executives.

No move to restrict players in cricket leagues: report
MUMBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has not brought in any restriction on the participation of players in multiple leagues. According to a report in Cricbuzz, the chief executives committee (CEC) of the ICC during the annual conference in Durban recently did not go ahead with any immediate regulations though few full members wanted it.
