Indian sports and athleisure company Agilitas Sports has acquired exclusive licensing rights to design, manufacture, and distribute Italian shoe brand Lotto in India, Australia, and soon South Africa for a period of 40 years for an undisclosed fee.

Agilitas Sports, which acquired the rights from WHP Global, is co-founded by former PUMA India and South-East Asia managing director Abhishek Ganguly.

NEW DELHI: Flipkart-owned fashion e-commerce platform Myntra on Friday announced that it had appointed celebrity couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma (commonly nicknamed Virushka) as its first brand ambassadors. While commercial teerms werenot revaled, Livemint, citing celebrity management sector estimates, reported Myntra may be shelling out upwards of Rs 100 million for the couple as brand endorsement fee.
