The key takeaway from the report is that while cricket is far and away the most popular sport in India, it only ranked fourth in terms of ad volumes of endorsement ads featuring female celebrities. MUMBAI: Tata Group was on Thursday announced as title sponsor of the upcoming Women's Premier League, with Tata Capital, the financial services arm of the salt to software conglomerate, and Tata Motors "also joining". The rights tenure is for five years and runs from February 15 2023 to July 31 2027, or until 30 days after the completion of WPL Season 2027.
